This section of the newsletter is designed to keep you up to date on the latest from our in-house developed online ordering service, EzyPrint. This month, as it is our very first newsletter, I thought I would introduce myself and the service.

My name is Alex Dillon, and I recently joined the Printwarehouse team to look after the IT services and to continue development of the online ordering service, EzyPrint. I have been in the printing industry for 13 years now, from the beginnings at Fuji Xerox where I gained experience in digital colour printing equipment and software, developing software for the printing industry (I developed Xerox MyDocs, an idea that I re-developed and is what EzyPrint has become today). After Fuji Xerox I worked in an international print technology company, a large offset and digital printing company in Queensland, and now here at Printwarehouse. I am looking forward to writing a regular monthly newsletter article on the latest developments in EzyPrint. Any feedback or requests are greatly appreciated.

EzyPrint is an online ordering solution specialising in allowing users to personalise templated PDF documents using just an internet browser. An example of using EzyPrint would be a business card template where staff can login, type in their personal details and have a live, printable PDF proof produced on screen. EzyPrint allows users to place orders for all sorts of products, such as business cards, quickly, without the hassle of traditional proofing and approval workflows, knowing that their order will comply with corporate branding standards. This all means the user can get their print ordering done quickly and get on with other things!
