This section of the newsletter is designed to keep you up to date on the latest from our in-house developed online ordering service, EzyPrint.

I would like to introduce another feature of EzyPrint this month, the suitcase.

The suitcase is an area where you can move jobs that are not yet ready to order to a temporary area.  This could be because you are waiting for approval on the job details before it can be ordered.  A suitcase allows you to temporarily save jobs while still allowing you to place orders for other jobs.

To use the suitcase, add the job as usual to your shopping trolley, and then click the large 'trolley' button (as pictured below) on your toolbar to open the full screen trolley view:

In the full screen trolley view, you will see a list of jobs in your trolley with a checkbox next to each job.  Select or tick each job you wish to save into your suitcase and click the 'move selected jobs to suitcase' button (as pictured below).  This will move the jobs to the default suitcase.

You will automatically be transferred to your default job suitcase.  If you have other suitcases they will also be listed on this page.  When you are ready to move jobs back to your shopping trolley, click the checkboxes against the jobs you wish to move and click the 'move selected jobs to trolley' button (as pictured below).
